Chicken Chow Mein

Noodle: 450 g/ 350 g Hoi Tin Chow Mein

Ingredients

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp peeled and grated fresh ginger

1 cup green bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 lb skinless chicken fillets [cut into bite-size pieces]

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup bean sprouts

1/4 cup soy sauce

Seasoning

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1/3 tbsp Salt

1/2 tbsp sugar

Method

1) Add seasoning 1 to 1 lb skinless chicken fillets

2) Place the one serving of Chow Mein and Half a teaspoon of salt into 8     cups of boiling water for one minute.

2) Drain the noodles. Make sure all the water is removed.

4) Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or high-sided pan. When the oil is hot,     add the ginger and chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes

5) Add green bell pepper, mushrooms and bean sprouts into the wok and     stir-fry for 2 minutes.

6) Add the Chow Mein to the wok and then the soy sauce. Stir-fry well until noodle turn into golden

7) Dish up noodle and serve
